DELIVERY DAMAGE

Villemoart is not responsible for damaged of lost goods in packages or envelopes if the product was not insured.
Insurance is available for almost all destinations - please send us email before, because some counties may be excluded.

RIGHT TO RECALL
After reiceiving the ordered products each customer has the right to recall within 10 days without any explanation, and return the products in unused state and in original packaging.

The costs of returning the products are one the customer.
In case of cancellation, within 14 days after receiving the articles undamaged and in original unopened packaging, Villemoart will refund the amount of money.

To be sure of having your money back as soon as possible - please send us information that you are sending package back, and send us your PP adress/bank data.

Products that are specially ordered or PRE-ORDERED will be returned ONLY with prior notice, and only when damaged or in state which is different from what was ordered. We will not accept any returns of PRE-ORDERED items without prior notice.
Please order carefully, and ask us a question if you have any hesitation about product you would like to buy.

DAMAGED ITEMS
The Customer must report the defect of a product within a reasonable term after noticing the defect, but no later than 10 days atfer receiving the goods.
Please send us notice us by e-mail about the defect - pictures will be highly apreciated.
Villemoart Shop will refuse to take back any returns wich were not reported upfront.
The defect product will be replaced by a product of the same value and will be send immidiatelly after agreement of both sides.
If replacing product is not possible for some reason, Villemoart will give a refund in money. All refunds will take place as soon as possible, maximum in a 14 days after reciving defected product from customers.

WAITING TIME
We will not accept any returns concerning waiting time.
Our PRE-ORDERS are like group orders, so it takes a lot of time for producing. It is usually not about make 1 or 2 dolls, but usually 10-20 + many accessories. We need to wait for each single piece to be made.
We can only give you aproximate time of producing.
If you are not sure you want to wait (even 3-6 months) please tyhink twice before you will order.
