Types of order
There are two ways to order a product:
1) BUY NOW - Product available means that the item is in stock right now. If you will add it to your basket and order it, we will send it to you as soon as we receive your payment.
2) Preorder means that the item is not in stock right now, but you can order it and product will be made especially for you. Payment must be done till the end of preorder period.
There is a possibillity to have layaway. If order is over 50 Euro, you may pay 30% till the end of preorder period, rest must be paid during next 60 days. When your order is under 50 Euro you need to pay 100% in advance.
Please expect your doll in about 80-120 days, which are counted from the last day of ordering period.
